Payment is required at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, purchase will be prepped and shipped out. You will get an email notice once your purchase(s) are shipped
We are able to provide insurance, package tracking, and faster shipping; but they require an extra fee. Please note that Held by Huda is not responsible for any fees incurred by customs. please make sure to find out what the policies for customs are in your area.
Please make sure that any information you give is correct for shipping: i.e. Address, contact, etc…
Expected time frame for shipment once you receive confirmation of shipment is:
-Purchases within Canada 1-4 weeks
-Purchases within the U.S. 1-6 weeks

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Held by Huda only accepts refunds in the unfortunate event that there was a significant oversight or misrepresentation of the purchased listing. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with: Refund in the email subject line. If a refund is issued it will be in the form of a store credit or exchange.

An Item can be exchanged 1 week after the date delivered. If a week has gone by and you still need an exchange please contact us directly and we can work something out. Exchanges and refunds will not take place for any custom orders.
When sending Back an item please make sure that it’s properly repackaged and in the condition it was sent.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
